Jyothi, The ward-level dataset that you are looking for wasn't released by the ORGI for the Census, 2001. You may try contacting one of their data centers (located at Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune JNU, New Delhi) for more dis-aggregated data though. Regards, Sumit On
