Yeah, the contact info is right there on the website but please note I
reported the issue already in the link I shared below. The metacpan team is
investigating the issues. There is no need contacting them *again* about
the same issue.

It's not a problem of the DBI module. It's also not a problem of your
browser. It's a problem of the Metacpan.org website which uses a
content delivery network which is having issues.
