I have postfix with dbmail using mysql and ssl with stunnel ...
I want to do smtp auth but ... is impossible at this moment ...

Do not try to do SMTP AUTH first, as it can be very hard. I recommend
doing things in this order:
First, get Postfix, DBMail and MySQL working. I don't know what your
experience level is, but for a newbie, this alone can be a daunting task.
Second, get stunnel working. If DBMail is working, then
