Do you have Xcode installed? If not, then can you try to install Xcode and try
again? I’m not sure why, but it looks like some library that is provided by
Xcode creeped into the link line. We’ll have to investigate this further on our
side to see if we can further sanitise our

I have tried installing the 9.3 release and re-run the example of step-1.
It resulted in a similar error with another new error. Please have a look
at the following .txt file to know more about it. I'm not sure what's going
wrong every time.

It seems dealii.org is experiencing some problems or is down (I'm on the
east coast of the US)--checking
on https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/dealii.org, it seems the server is
not responding and the issue isn't local to me.
