Thank you for those who showed support to have one such lecture, as I find it to be absolutely necessary and that we will only have gain from one such event. Regarding travel I think our budget allows 500€, but this needs checking for actual numbers in the budget. Holger, Please check this

Arthur Liu will be coming to DebConf, but when I asked him regarding this question he didn't offer himself for this talk so I believe he had a reason why he didn't do that and we should respect that opinion. He mentioned Guido and offered to send email on Google's internal list regarding this.
