This is not really compiling for 64 bit. They are compiling a 32bit
wine to be run on 64bit Debian (or Gentoo, or...). Instead you could
just unpack the 32bit .deb under /emul/ia32-linux/.

etc. Now I have 'strange' settings and /etc/vim/vimrc seems not
