Since my system (Asus eeepc 901) has fairly slow SSD disks, I tried to
install on a software RAID0 chain, but that failed to boot. These are the
steps I performed:
1. Set up two 4 gigabyte partitions (in my case sda2 and sdb1) for

Initially BIOS gives me all boot options, so I was able to boot.
Now, I executed efibootmgr -c (no disk partition is provided) to create new
boot order (as I want to boot from USB). But, after reset now system is
only showing black/blank screen on F2 or F12 (BIOS setup or Boot Menu).
