I hope this feature will be treated as experimental; partman should notice
it's not well tested (and don't treat a bug of this feature as RC.)

I don't know why this happens. Although I can ignore this message and
succeed to install.

Hey, we have 128KB free space, let's include foo
and bar also! before check it fits with other languages.
Of course available size depends gzip friendly or not. But build test
with zh_CN (or zh_TW, or ja) is a good idea for check your change is
acceptable or not, I think.

I think Sarge is simply middle goal for Debian. We have a chance to
improve or fix minor problem by next point release or major release.
Late and late for it's not perfect causes disappointment of
developers/workers/users. At least I'm disappointed.

', and 'grpquota' may work, but are they
really defined by default? They are optional.
I think defining these option by default is really really bad and
violates traditional way.

there is no templates value.
By running update-localization -p after xserver-xfree86 is installed
value will be changed, but it needs to run 'dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xfree86' to write configuration file.
Do I misunderstand?
