quoted-printable twice.
For example, '===...' banner line should be encoded as '=3D=3D=3D...',

I got no response from you and because I still see 'xf86cfg' in the
package description of xbase-clients (even in the latest SVN), I have to
reopen the bug-report. Please simply remove the term 'xf86cfg' in the
package description to close this bug-report.
