used from lsb-base if the init-functions file was not found. Now that
we are using lsb-base-logging.sh, we need to add a hard dependency on
lsb-base.

I think this has been fixed in upstream XFree86 right after 4.3.0 got
released. So it's probably fixed in Xorg nowadays.
