The attached patch allows cryopid to build on my i386 system. It
handles the removal of asm/page.h, the move of linux/user.h to
sys/user.h, and the renamings of user_i387_regs to user_fpregs_regs

CAP_FS_MASK has been removed from include/linux/capabilities.h. It
wasn't handled properly before anyway, since it's a mask but was being

extension. The rationale is that the source package enigmail-locales
has been removed as requested by Daniel Baumann in #448878¹, but the
language packs are not built from the enigmail source.
