Actually I've got problem with squeeze too. The wifi switch is on, but
after boot, I have to disable wifi and then reenable it for making use
of my broadcom card.

Bad news, increasing alignment from 512 to 4096 didn't solved the
problem, segmentation fault is still occuring randomly when rebooting
but less often than before.
