Hi!
I've just pushed netatalk 3.1.7 to
https://github.com/adiknoth/netatalk-debian
Revert the following commits if you're not using systemd. This might
actually need some more love before uploading to unstable:
https://github.com/adiknoth/netatalk-debian/commit/7b429b09f5e08585ed124392a5
One year ago the "ampache-doped" fork was merged back into the ampache project:
https://github.com/ampache/ampache/wiki/FAQ#ampache--ampache-doped-what-is-the-difference
So this bug can be closed.

hi all,
after an upgrade from wheezy to jessie, my server failed to come up
again. my rough setup is:
* /boot on raid1 on regular volumes
* /, /usr, /var and /tmp on lvm atop raid5
* boot loader has always been grub (grub2 since wheezy)
Just prevent installation by apt-pinning:
/etc/apt/preferences
Package: libxrender*
Pin: version 1:0.9.7-1+deb7u1+b1
Pin-Priority: -1
Hope it gets fixed soon.

I was also affected by this bug.
I worked around it by manually
renaming /usr/share/doc/libxrender1/changelog.Debian.gz before
installing each of the libxrender package updates:
I installed each of the packages separately from
the /var/cache/apt/archives directory with dpkg -i.
So, it was someth

Since version 0.117, initramfs-tools will fsck and mount / (and /usr, if
on a separate file system) in the initramfs.
These changes will be part of jessie.
With ext[234] this has some unpleasant side-effects though, if the

But could you please move that to /var/log (and appened entries each run

been several unacknowledged NMU's since then, I've taken the liberty to upload
Markus' good work as-is to unstable to fix this security issue for jessie.
Cheers,
