Dear Maintainer,
I've noticed that there is a new upstream release for python-formencode
which also supports python3: it would be useful to have it in Debian.

Hi,
systemd-resolved is installed in /lib and can use libidn. For the time
being this is not possible because systemd-resolved is installed in /lib
while libidn is installed in /usr/lib
The library should be moved to /lib

something has changed in libc6 between jessie and stretch which has a lead
to a performance regression. I noticed this first with ssh file transfers, but
tested using same version of iperf3 and kernel 4.3.0-1-amd64 on both hosts.

I'm quite shocked to find how badly otrs2 packaging violates DFSG.
There are many non-distributrable pre-built (minified) source-less files in

I just debugged #814646 where symlink_to_dir was not working in src:vlc.
This was related to chained symlinks
/usr/share/doc/package -> libpackage42 -> package-common
and should work properly if "relative" symlinks are used.

The relative symbolic link in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-
packages/pylocales seem to be the problem.
sqlite3 can not open '/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-
packages/pylocales/locales.db' unless you run it from the same
directory.
If the symbolic link is changed to an absolute path the error is gone.
