This patch seems to fix the FTBFS. I've tested it on amd64, i386,
arm64, powerpc and ppc64el.
Since it builds on ppc64el, I'm guessing that #766630 is also fixed?
I also tested it with supernova enabled and it works everywhere so you

Analyzing the various /tmp/fmtutil.* files created during installation
trials, i stumbled over the line stating:
! I can't find file `syst-tex.mkii'.
Checking with apt-file, syst-tex.mkii appeared to be contained in two
packages, namely 'context' and
tag 824843 + pending

When I look at the mimechangelogs option it searches for my full name
"Edward John Betts". I don't use my middle name in bug reports or changelogs.
Searching without the middle name returns better results. Here is a patch.
