Yes, those files get the timestamp from the upstream tarballs.

Surprise..
Thanks to this test [1], it turns out that setting LoadBlessed with
a local does not work (i.e. "local $YAML::XS::LoadBlessed = 0;").

This seems to work only
I have attached the output of `chromium --debug` after reading the
instructions in /usr/share/doc/chromium/README.Debian and installing the
chromium-dbgsym package. This always crashes on startup, not randomly, so
I probably did something wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.
