The official version is still based on Python2, and the error message indicated
problems with Python3 which turned around the complete character handling.
Basically it means that some parts are not Python3 ready.

I've already attempted to upload a Mumble-1.3.2 Debian package that would remove
the debian/mumble.gconf-defaults file, but 5 days before the upload my GPG key
hit its expiration date. I've updated my key's expiration date and sent it to
Debian's keyring, but it takes time to propagate.
