Please try 1.2.1 from stretch-backports. I'm quite sure the problem is
CKS5 proxy with login and password, then
press "share proxy" and this proxy will be shared _with credentials_.
But it's supposed to work in this way.

Anyway, there are some free md5 implementation, so it's not difficult
to fix this problem. Take a look at the patch attached. (I have not

So I see no reason to update stable version in this case =(
Please use current version from testing (or backports). I believe you
will like it more, then 1.1.2 with hotfixes.

this bug as fixed in 1.1.4+dfsg-1 and put the problem
on hold until someone prove this is really critical and patch should be
backported (security etc).
