In stable Debian releases we'll only add bugfixes, no new features.

regarding the copyright issue, nor was I able to find an upstream bug
report.
If you are unwilling to maintain the package, please give at least
pointers to the appropriate information. The current state of netatalk
in Debian is not acceptable.
