mainly with 2.x release. Let me check tomorrow if I can backport

variable since even ssmtp provides a sendmail command which is a symlink to

diff -Nru liblinux-inotify2-perl-1.1/Changes liblinux
Hi,
As I have not been able to be in touch with the maintainer since some weeks, I
intend to NMU liblinux-inotify2-perl in order to fix bug #568371 which
prevents libfile-changenotify-perl from being used.
NMU to be on Monday 22 March 2010.

It looks like the old URL is still available in the usage message.
$ cil --help
mentions http://kapiti.geek.nz/software/cil.html which redirects to an empty
page, as mentionned previously in the bug report.
