Upstream failed to find the cause for the test issues.
I have requested the removal of the shark binaries currently sitting in
testing for mips and mipsel. Once done, I plan to downgrade this bug to
a non-RC severity to allow the package to transition.
I guess it will be up to mips porters to ge

Whilst working on #834804, I figured that the package would probably
benefit from a move to debhelper and pybuild, which is what the Debian
Python policy recommends anyway.
This would bring a much simplified d/rules, automatic population of
Python 3 dependencies (via dh-python) and automatic java
