OTOH... I am uncertain regarding dh-make-perl's section - Of course, a
good criteria is to follow dh-make's section - but dh-make is a much
more generic tool, while dh-make-perl _is_ aimed at providing
resources to Perl programmers (or packagers, at least).

implemented, it can be done. Otherwise, it would be a rule very often

(Etch) branch are advised to migrate to 2.x, as it will not be
supported in the next stable release.
