The bugreport contains a complete ru.po file.
There have been several commits on ru.po in svn since then, so the file

The attached patch switches the build chain for ar, hi and ml, to use dblatex
instead of xmlroff (patch by victory, thanks).
Please note, that the patch is only a draft, maybe other fonts would be
