(1) run tests locally with dh_elpa_test,
(2) run tests locally as autopkgtest supposed to with dh_elpa_test
--autopkgtest,
(3) run tests during build from scratch under sbuild,
(4) run tests with autopkgtest under sbuild.

swi-prolog, branch 8.2, is almost ready. How are your experiments with

Since elfeed 3.3.0-2 elfeed-web is shipped in contrib, not main, so I
downgrade this bug report to normal. In future, when all elfeed-web
dependencies will be available in main, this bug may be closed.
