I pushed some changes to the package repository to solve the bug when
it was opened (should be rebased onto the latest upstream release
now).
Unfortunately I do not have upload privileges and couldn't find
anybody that would keep uploading them for coz.
it may be your hosting provider, changing this file on install time
like Hetzner does:

But in any case, I've just now found the root of the problem, that is not in any
ways related to redmine.
In fact, I had an old global alias defined by dokuwiki (in /etc/apache2/conf.d),
which prevented redmine users to access redmine's /wiki pa
After updating to redmine 0.9.4-2, I no longer have more than one cookie for my
redmine server; and the one I have, has "/" as its path.
Nevertheless, all users in the network are still unable to upload wiki
attachments, even after cleaning all the browser caches (including cookies).
