Either way it is resolved by using gPXE as the rom.

I tried to install the new qemu 0.13.
Replacing "kvm" with "qemu -enable-kvm" in my vm invocation lead to
substantially slower vm and much higher CPU use both in gues and host.
Running Windows XP guest.

Hello
what is the status of this feature in qemu 0.13?
Does the qemu-kvm still provide substantial advantage over qemu or
should new qemu replace it?
Thanks

Recently cifs would cause my system to crash so I tried sshfs instead
and it causes everything to hang. This is very annoying since I use
sshfs with keys and the connection could be restored.

So this issue is basically caused by bug #571005 - the processes
accessing a sshfs mount after the connection dies hang and thus cannot
be suspended.

xmms2 should handle jack disconnection more gracefully.
It is a *deamon*, it should keep running despite minor issues.
I guess it should just stop and try to reconnect when playback is

What is unclear about the report?
The panel is shown in the invisible area of the screen because it
disregards XRandr screen layout.
Since the root window is rectangular and the visible area is not due to
different screen heights part of the root window is not visible
