Hey, I'm the upstream maintainer. Sorry, I wasn't aware of this bug tracker until now. looks like the gi.repositories.Gtk import was deferred to GTK2, which doesn't work for the tray icon. This should be fixed in the new version 1.4.0 of udiskie, which I uploaded just now to PyPI. Fixed in the
