As of version 9.09-3, urxvt uses TERM=rxvt-256color as suggested Pierre.
However, the terminfo for rxvt-256color is provided by the ncurses-term
package, therefore rxvt-unicode should recommend ncurses-term.

The english translation works fine, but using the Italian one I get the
following error page in some sections of the redmine site:

screenshot where it's compared to google chrome:

chrome's progression is clearly more linear while iceweasel has some
spikes:

The usual keyboard repeat interferes with the pan movement activated by
holding down the space bar: it goes smooth for the split second it takes
the repeat to kick in then it goes crazy. Temporarily disabling key
repeat makes space bar panning work
available.

Yes, I understand that you can write a program that breaks the
aliasing rules. However, this is not what this bug report is about.
Your bug report implies that calling fftw from a program that
