just about the original problem. I think a little more tweaking is in

The only new /usr/local path is related to DPSRIP
I just sent a fax without any of the -f to change the sender, and it
made no difference--email notification still fails. The command was
sendfax -m -n -R -d 123 somefile

email delivery without a recipient.
