I have the same problem. I tried to find the bug with 'strace -o
iptraf.txt iptraf' but the strace log don't show any problem related
to the bug. I made an apt-get source iptraf and compiled the Iptraf
by hand. The bug persisted. I think this error is a bug in Iptraf
code.

Hi, i'm using Debian Etch and when i run iptraf and try to create a
filter (Filters-IP-Define New Filter), i enter a description but the
windows is empty (i.e.: has no fields like source and destination IP
and port )so i can't configure the filter.
