/var/cache/apt-cacher/sums.db out of the way.

I've been using apt-cacher for many months now and I've never faced such a
problem:
$ ps aux | grep apt-cacher | wc -l
1204
/etc/init.d/apt-cacher stop didn't help at all, not even killall apt-cacher,
so I had to killall -KILL apt-cacher.
