Hi,
version 2.02 of debian-reference-common Depends on debian-reference-en. Is
there a reason for that? I've got debian-reference-it installed (yes, 2.02),
and I see no reason to install -en.
A solution would be for all

This is not spurious dependency from my perspective. I do not want to
distribute outdated translated contents without new English contents.
Did you read /usr/share/doc/debian-reference-common/README ?
