The reason bdf2psf fails on this font is that it doesn't have
AVERAGE_WIDTH property (I don't know if the standard requires this
property).

I confirmed that console-data's lat1-12.psf file has an Å where it
should have a Â
I have been able to convert the PSF file to BDF, then open it with
fontforge, then fix it to create a new BDF file (attached).
However, I can't successufully re-c
