control: retitle -1 [XML] default bookinfo handling

The root cause of the lack of translator credit support via po4a on XML
(DocBook) is the default option data to characterize -tag
which includes author credit and copyright information.

The real problem is broken addendum feature for XML which prevents us to
match as one line.
(SGML equivalent)
The fix to make this match as one line is posted to the upstream.
