Yes but moving all the binaries would leave only some minor things for init
scripts and then that package would be very small. But your point is taken.
I'll have a look at this to see if I can find a good solution. The vzctl
tools will eventually be obsolete

I am not suggesting to put only ndsend into a separate package which
would be too small (12 kB) indeed. All 21 files in /usr/sbin (404 kB in
total) plus the man pages, etc. could be put into one separate package.
We already have packages in our archive that have a separate binary
package

We have a tool that calls ndsend and therefore depends on the vzctl package, but
we don't use OpenVZ and don't want the vz and vzeventd daemon running. So please
split the binary vzctl package into two package: one to hold the programs (like
severity 792251 wishlist
tags 792251 + wontfix

Thanks for your suggestion. I'm not so sure the Debian FTP masters are so
found of one tiny little package with just one binary. We really have a big
problem with the number of packages in the archive already.
