I also encountered this issue after upgrading from Cura 4.6.x, and there
seems to been some related discussion on related to this issue on Cura's

If I understand the output I get in console as well as the linked GH
issue correct

The first run of Cura get stuck at the "Add a printer" screen of the welcome
screen sequence. There are no printers to select and it is not possible to
escape or get into Cura.
Fresh Debian 11 Bullseye install, LXDE minimal, offline.
