Hi,
Your package is failing to build on 64 bit arches with the following
error:
DICTClient/DICTClient.cc: In member function 'void DICTClient::dial()':
DICTClient/DICTClient.cc:135: error: cast from 'protoent*' to 'int' loses
precision

Hello Justin,
Linux 2.6.5 fs/open.c source indicates that close() can return essentially any
file error:
|int filp_close(struct file *filp, fl_owner_t id)
|{
| int retval;

| /* Report and clear outstanding errors */
| retval = filp-f_error;
| if (retval)

Hi,
I uploaded an NMU of your package.
Please see this as help to get the package into a releaseable condition for
etch.
Please find the used diff below.
Cheers,

Hi,
More than 2 years ago, you reported a bug to the Debian BTS regarding
the X server not finding your PCI board anymore on your Alpha machine.
After some kernel upgrade problems, it was concluded that XFree86 4.3
required a BusID option to find the board on alpha. Did you guys
reproduce the

Hello Andre,
open(2) (/usr/share/man/man2/open.2.gz) does not document the
error EFBIG for open(). I get this error when trying to run lde on
a 250-GB regular file :
# dd bs=1 seek=250G count=1 if=/dev/zero of=bigfile
# strace -o lde.strace lde bigfile

(Hey Arnout, you didn't 'cc:' me, so I never got your message.
Luckily I read it just now on the BTS, after Bart emailed.)
The bug still seems to be on my system.
As requested, here's some data:
/sbin/ifconfig

Hi Igor,
More than 2 years ago, you reported a bug to the Debian BTS regarding a
segfault of the X server on kernel 2.6.7 with a MGA G200 board. A
workaround was found by using the debugging server. But, nothing
happened since. Did you reproduce the bug recently, with a less old
kernel and/or X

ok, adding before doing the next upload.
I'll ask the upstream if this .c file is under this license for a good
reason...
since this particular file is not distributable at all, you should
remove it from the orig.tar.gz in the meanwhile (also in testing).

Version: 0.6.0-1
Beg pardon, I just noticed I'm running the same version of 'nethogs' as
last June, when opening this bug -- I'd assumed it was a newer version.
Given that, my previous message isn't the requested test!
The new version is in CVS, would somebody please send a URL?

Bug report #343489 is really strange. The jed-script symlink was

gnat-glade is at version 2006-3; should gnat-glade-doc be updated to
match the gnat-glade version? Or should gnat-glade-doc be removed
from testing before the etch release?
