Part of the function of Depends and friends is to make absolutely sure
You have to use CLOCKS_PER_SEC instead of CLK_TCK. According to
/usr/include/time.h, CLK_TCK is the obsolete POSIX.1-1988 name
for CLOCKS_PER_SEC.
