It seems like the -port option supports host:port syntax. See this
thread [1]. Very unnatural I would say. It is strange that the server
supports also the -url param but takes only port out of it.
For the time being -port 0.0.0.0:PORT should keep you going. The

external browser stopped working the way I liked it.
The browser value is set to x-www-browser which points to iceweasel:

After some tests, I removed the popen/pclose declarations from
kpathsea/c-std.h. We'll see if problems arise on other systems.

After some tests. I changed kpathsea/getopt.h to omit the declaration of
getopt when compiling under C++. We'll see if problems arise on other
