I'm sorry for the late reply.
I always used vlc from debian-archive (apt-pinning prevents dmo from
installing packages existing in debian).
I tried vlc 2.0.7 from the debian archive but it also doesn't work in
most cases and in the rarely cases it works, it takes a long time until
showing
I forgot to mention the packages installed from dmo:
