Since this bug was first filed, wxwidgets2.5 has been removed from sarge due
to unresolved RC conflicts with wxwindows2.4. As a result, building vlc
against wxwidgets2.5 is a liability for its inclusion in sarge.

As I said before, I pinged the submitters and none of them could confirm
this bug to be present.
Also, this bug has probably been fixed long ago, through changes to
libproplist and so on.
I use wmaker over nfs and do not experience this problem.

I opened an image up to rotate it just a bit with the gimp, and when I
grabbed the corner to rotate, it distorted the image and caused
garbage to appear. If needed, I can take a screenshot to show exactly
how it's misbehaving.

Ho, well. The upstream convinced me that when your package have this issue,
you should fix it, not gtk-doc-tools. This is true.
And moreover, they convinced me that if you don't program gtk, you shouldn't
use this tool. So I switched to doxygen...
