Did the no-ip account used by you have any configured domains on no-ip's

Usually the "Nothing selected. Configuration file '/etc/no-ip.conf' NOT
created." message represents no domains being chosen to be updated, thus
not needing to write any configuration file.
I've been looking into it.. The big problem here seems to be that the
"no-ip -C" that asks questions and generates the binary config file
actually talks to no-ip's server during the configuration and shows the
domains associated with your user account.

While debuild passed all tests successfully and skipped 2 tests,
pbuilder passed all tests successfully and skipped all 4 tests.
