Dear maintainer of fts and Debian translators,
Some days ago, I sent a notice to the maintainer of the fts Debian
package, mentioning the status of at least one old po-debconf translation
update in the BTS.
I announced the intent to build and possibly upload a non-maintainer upload
for this pack

mingw-w64 rath

Thanks for the patch. I am unsure if I could completely drop support
for mingw32 as your patch suggests.
The win32-loader package uses mingw32 as a compiller and requires the
NSIS plugin api header and
library files for mingw32.
