There is an updated patch for upstream bug #3288, which corresponds to bug
#584138. I have successfully applied this patch to mutt (1.5.20-9+squeeze1) to
fix my segfault issues.
Also CCing bug #626294 as this may affect the proposed patch for that bug.

planet-venus is coded so that the themes dir is in the same dir as planet.py.
As packaged in Debian, it then uses /usr/bin/themes/ for themes dir.
Please make it so it uses /usr/share/planet-venus/theme/ instead.

This was fixed in sudo 1.7.5; sudo now uses the self pipe trick
which solves both problems.

The attached patch solves the issue in all affected versions of dhelp
(up to 0.6-19).
What the patch does is to use shell scripts for decompression and
conversion. The scripts hide the -often quite large- output from the
tools and instead just output one line with the
