The problem seems to be that it is looking for the dhcpd3 binary, but
it's actually called dhcpd (/usr/sbin/dhcpd to be exact) in Debian

In my case, Alt+tab is not what causes it. I haven't been able to
isolate what is the cause of the problem.
I get many disconnections and like I said before, the server refuses
