I have the same problem, which is a symptom of #724756. Unfortunately it is
quite hard to recover from that, especially when the system is remote.

i am sorry, at least nothing has worked.
With the driver from unstable i get no running X.
All the configurations of xorg.conf i testes result in no screens found.
I attach the last configuration.
The first one was the minimal configuration.file:///sda/etc/X11/xorg.conf
What is to do
Sandro can you still reproduce this issue with newer version like
eog-3.10.1-1 ?

`ben download` attempts to download Sources.bz2 files, but apparently
these have been replaced by Sources.xz files on the main Debian archive.
As there does not seem to be a fallback, this makes `ben download`
unusable, incl. -
I forgot to mention that all images I tried have Dº M' S'' format.
I couldn't get an image with decimal degree format.
If you can please share here.
