As far as I can see everything is OK.
You were updating from 2.0.6-2 to 2.0.6-3 and this was tested here as you can
see below.
What I can assume is that even your 2.0.6-2 installation was broken and thus the
diversion was not done.
However this does not explain that your diversions file
Tried to forward this bug to the wxWidgets guys as the bug lies in wxWidgets
and I cannot completely avoid opening modal dialogs.
