Right, I have a new mechanism for defining the dependencies in dh-php >= 2.0,
but I wasn’t able to finish it in time for bullseye, but the memcached has been
already updated.

Upgrading the severity to important as note-sorting functionality is
intrinsic to the usability of gnote.
This is broken in bullseye. I verified version 3.38.1 fixes the
ability to sort notes on my Arch box.
