Hi Maintainer
Since setuptools 66.0.0, support for PEP 440 non-conforming versions
has been removed [1].
It appears '1.0a-SNAPSHOT' is not a PEP 440 conforming version, so I
think simply dropping this test scenario is sufficient. Please see
patch below.

I no longer use rdiff-backup so I
those files mainly have different values of the MimeType field, some seem
to miss several fields like translations.

triggers a ~9 year old bug in the v4l code - so this patch isn't going
to get changed.
b) The ~9 year old bug is in a particularly hairy piece of memory management

Hi bert,
Thank you for the detailed information, and the TL;DR;. I now have a
working version of the request-tracker5 package, which I've just
uploaded to unstable.
So, our immediate concern is resolved.
Cheers,

This bug has been present since at least the 5.14 kernel. It's
profoundly annoying and shouldn't have been allowed to slip into
production release. Maybe someone could fix the problem this year?
It's really pathetic when things that worked perfectly 20 years ago
are broken because of shoddy code

Hello!
Galera 4 [1] does include a systemd script. Having one in this older

any Merge Requests on the topic.
I have used up my time budget for Debian packaging work for this
