I can do nothing to restart a new gpg-agent.
gpg-connect-agent /bye does nothing.
gpgconf --kill gpg-agent kills the agent. I can also manually kill it.
But, no matter what I do,
I can confirm this issue.
I found a workaround by setting radeon.hard_reset=1, which resets the PCI bus
after loading the firmware. Both Audio and KMS work with this option set.

After configuring a basic setup with bind9-dyndb-ldap, I tried enabling
DNSSEC inline signing. It does seem to work, but only sporadically. Most
of the time, most zones fail to be signed
This might well be a bug in bind9 itself.
I do, however, have several BIND instances with the same inline signing
without dyndb-ldap working just fine.

The base host name of the system is resolvable to its FQDN and
`hostname -f` returns the correct FQDN.

When I kill plasmashell and start it again, in a terminal, I get the

KActivities: Database can not be opened in WAL mode. Check the SQLite version
(required >3.7.0). And whether your filesystem supports shared memory
